Participation in challenges is free. No purchase, payment, or in-app spending is required to enter, participate, or win.

2. Eligibility & Participation

Users may submit one (1) entry per challenge period unless otherwise stated.
Participation is open to all eligible users in accordance with the app's general Terms of Use.
Participation is not affected by whether a user has made any in-app purchases.

3. Content Submission Requirements

All entries must align with the stated challenge theme.
Content must comply with all community guidelines and applicable laws.
We reserve the right to remove, restrict, or disqualify any entry that is off-topic, inappropriate, misleading, or in violation of our policies.

4. Ranking & Scoring System (Merit-Based)

Challenge rankings are determined solely by organic, independent community engagement, including likes and other non-paid interaction signals.
Paid interactions or features are excluded from ranking calculations.
Users are prohibited from interacting with or contributing engagement to their own entries.
Rankings are final at the end of the challenge period, subject to review for integrity and compliance.

5. Separation of Paid Features

The app may offer optional paid features, including but not limited to boosts, stars, emotes, or similar support tools.
These features are designed to enhance visibility or allow users to express support.
Paid features do not contribute points, do not improve ranking position, and do not guarantee winning outcomes.

6. Visibility & Support Systems

Certain features may highlight or promote content within the app (e.g., trending sections, fan-based showcases, or similar surfaces).
Placement in such sections may be influenced by user activity, including support signals.
These systems are separate from challenge rankings and have no direct impact on competition outcomes.

7. Fair Use & Anti-Manipulation Policy

Users may not engage in artificial, deceptive, or fraudulent behavior to influence engagement or rankings. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

Use of multiple or fake accounts
Coordinated engagement manipulation
Automated or bot-driven activity

Violations may result in disqualification, removal of content, suspension, or termination of accounts.

8. Self-Interaction Restrictions

Users are not permitted to like, boost, comment on, or otherwise engage with their own entries in any way that contributes to performance metrics or visibility systems.

9. Challenge Duration & Reset

Each challenge runs for a defined period as specified within the app.
At the conclusion of a challenge, rankings are finalized and entries may be removed, archived, or reset.
A new challenge cycle may begin immediately or at a later scheduled time.

10. Rewards, Recognition & Incentives (If Applicable)

Some challenges may offer rewards, recognition, or external incentives.
Rewards are not tied to in-app purchases or spending.
Additional eligibility criteria, geographic restrictions, and terms may apply.
We reserve the right to modify, substitute, or withdraw rewards where necessary.

11. Moderation & Enforcement Rights

We reserve the right to interpret and enforce these rules at our sole discretion.
Decisions regarding eligibility, ranking integrity, and rule violations are final.
We may remove content or restrict participation to maintain fairness and platform integrity.

12. Platform Nature & Compliance

Challenges are skill- and engagement-based activities.
They do not constitute gambling, lotteries, or games of chance.

13. Modifications & Updates

We may update or modify challenge rules at any time to reflect changes in features, policies, or legal requirements.
Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updates.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for:

User-generated content
Technical issues affecting participation
Loss of data or visibility
Outcomes of challenge rankings or rewards

15. Acceptance of Terms
