Coins & Engagement

What are Coins?

Coins are virtual, in-app credits that you can purchase to use special features like boosts, stars, and emotes. Coins are not redeemable for money and have no real-world value.

What are Gems?

Gems are earned when other users engage with your content or profile (e.g., receiving stars/emotes). Gems are not purchasable and do not have cash value.

Can I transfer Coins or Gems to other users?

No. Coins and Gems are internal to your account and cannot be transferred between users.

Creator Rewards

What is the Creator Rewards Program?

It's an optional program where eligible creators may receive periodic rewards based on community engagement and content contribution. Participation is subject to eligibility criteria and may be modified or discontinued. Rewards are not guaranteed.

Do Gems translate into cash?

No. Gems are an engagement metric and do not have cash value in the app. Any rewards from the Creator Rewards Program are administered separately and are not tied to exact Gem counts shown in-app.

Subscriptions

How do subscriptions work?

Subscription plans provide access to premium features and periodic Coins. Benefits renew automatically until canceled through your platform's subscription management tools.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel renewals anytime via your account settings with your payment provider (App Store or Google Play), and your subscription benefits will continue through the end of the current billing cycle.
